Best diaper bag???

I don't mind the bag looking like a diaper bag but I would rather it not be super colorful and flowery (if you get my drift)! Lol any suggestions on what to look for? Specific brands you love?

I got this beautiful leather Kate spade diaper bag as a gift from my mom. But I'm still pregnant so I have no idea if it's the best or most functional, but so far I can fit a lot of stuff in it and it looks like a purse. :)

This is the one we got, and I absolutely love it! I wanted something gender neutral so both my husband and I could feel comfortable wearing it. I also wanted something that could be worn either as a backpack or with a shoulder strap. This one definitely fits the bill :) and $80 didn't seem too expensive compared to all of the other ones I saw/liked.

My changing  bag. It has phone compartments? Insulated compartments and opens very wide. Looks average but it covers everything i think I need
