Please help

I had a miscarriage in sept and I am pregnant again and I was guessing I was around 7 weeks and I went for an early ultrasound and it looks like the start of an early pregnancy but the sac is not showing much they are sending me for quantatayive testing to see if my levels are rising.... Has this happened to anyone and the baby been fine?! 😭
