Blood pressure pretty low

I went to the dr today for a head cold and she took my blood pressure. I'm normally low around 112/62 today she noted that it was 100/62 and that is odd because cold medicine normally raises blood pressure slightly. No blood work was done but, has anyone noticed this in their extremely early pregnancy? I'm 30 and we have been trying for 6 months or so but all my hpt have been negative
