Allergies meds while Breastfeeding?

I am 12 days pp and dealing with allergies, is there any medicine that I can safely take that will not harm baby or my supply?

I would talk to my nurse or OB doctor. I just asked a pharmacist this same question last week & he said no it will all effect your supply. But he really didn't seem like the most helpful guy in the world so I didn't ask him anything else. & I started to feel better from my cold too.
