Vagina burns

So sometimes after sex my vagina burns on the outside like its been rubbed raw, i definatly do not have and STD and i dont have problems with getting wet and i was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if they have an explanation for it and it doesnt happen everytime i have sex just everyonce in a while. ( side comment ive only been having intercourse with one person.)
