What do I ABSOLUTELY need on my registries!

Im registered at target, babies r us and amazon.. What am I supposed to put on each? FTM mom here let me know!

When you register in store they usually give you a check list and it is super overwhelming and most of it is stuff you don't need! Here's what I did for mine. 
I started early and the first thing I did was I spent a ton of time researching car seats and deciding which can one I wanted. Next was bottles. You'll want about 10 in the 4 oz and 10 in the 8 oz. also any bottle feeding accessories like sterilizer warmer the next size nipples you'll need bottle brushes etc. Those were the two things I researched most and spent the most time deciding. If you need baby furniture you can register for it we were lucky and our parents purchased it for us. Then you need a mattress at least 2-3 mattress pads 3-4 sheets. You can pick a crib set but it's not really necessary. We just got the mesh bumpers and ordered a cute crib blanket on etsy. I would not register for any receiving blankets or clothes people will pick out tons and buy whatever anyways. Same with diapers and wipes we registered for both and no one actually bought off our registry but we still got lots of diapers and wipes. Then you need bath stuff wash clothes soaps towels and whatever type of tub you want to use. Pick out any swings or bouncers you want. A pack and play and rock n play also both come in hand especially if you want baby to sleep in your room with you but not in your bed. Then any other accessories like teething toys tummy time pads nursing/feeding pillows, diaper bag. Also a baby monitor and first aid/safety kits and swaddles I registered for lots of baby swaddles.
I think that's everything. It seems really over whelming but that's why I say it is never too early to start I was tweaking and fixing my registry up until my shower at 30 weeks and I had started it at 14 weeks.

Rocker, nursing pads, Medela manual pump (trust me you'll need it more than an electric), pump freezer bags, some bottles not many if you plan to breastfeed, bottle brush, size 1-3 diapers, wipes wipes wipes, burp rags, coconut oil (for your nipples and baby to prevent thrush and cracking), mittens, SOCKS, TULA TULA TULA FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET A TULA, and then just whatever items you want like clothes and baby bath stuff. 
I would recommend a convertible car seat and then baby wearing (MUCH easier than a stroller and car seat, and you'll need to replace the car seat within a couple months anyway).

Diapers, LOTS of wipes, bath sets (body wash, shampoo, etc.), bottles, stroller/car seat, crib/bassinet, and clothes.

Always put gift cards in your registry, I probably ended up with 300 dollars in gift cards and it helped buy things we didn't receive. 
You'll need a humidifier for sure!! A few other things will be a nursing pillow, video monitor, pack n play, and a swing. I put big items in my registry even though I knew I may not receive them as a gift but most stores give you a good discount on your registry items left. I think target and babies r us both give discounts on the items on your registry when your baby shower is over.

I registered for everything based off the list the store have to me. I did gt a lot of the things I asked for how we it was not all purchased from my registry or I got a different color. You'll be super surprised to see what you get vs what you registered for
