Working out while pregnant

Hi Ladies! I just found out 2 days ago that I'm pregnant. 4 weeks and 5 days now. This is my 3rd pregnancy, the other 2 both miscarriages. I am a very heavy person who is also very tall so when I tell ppl I weigh over 300 IBS them think I'm lying....

I started working out intensely about 4 or 5 weeks before I found out I was pregnant and have lost a few pounds and inches. My goal is to keep it up. I've heard that if you were working out before intensely then you can continue to.

Based on my weight my last pregnancy the doctor told me that loosing some pounds in the beginning is not bad for me and that I shouldn't gain more than 11 pounds if I want this baby to be healthy.

I have not gone to a doctor yet this pregnancy so my question to u is, do you think working out 5 days a week (cardio and strength ) at a higher intensity is me being crazy?
