Twinges in lower abdomen.. PMS or Pregnancy symptom

Twinges happening here and there from below belly and down. They have been happening since 7dpo. (Im 9dpo now) its only mild. Like no enough that it hurts but I can feel it happening. Could it be more of a pregnancy symptom, PMS, or either?
