Bbt charting! Any tips?

On this is my first month charting! 
Any tips ladies?

Make sure your taking them at the same time every morning, set an alarm. Don't move at all before taking it either. Right when you open your eyes, grab that thermometer. Consistent is the key when BBT charting. Track CM & cervix also!

What helped me get consistent with the timing was setting an alarm for a time a few hours away from the usual snooze button I don't want to get up and start my day routine. So for me I set mine at 4 am... I don't get out of bed until 7 so I always know my first alarm is just temping and not to hit the snooze!
