The best way to say it is that you'll KNOW when you orgasm. Some women can't have the big O from penetration, or penetration alone. Don't be afraid to let him know what's going on. My boyfriend always gets me off orally before sex or with a toy. This makes it a lot easier to orgasm from penetration later. You are definitely not the only woman to have this issue. :)
