Im 23 and have been ttc for about 6 months now. I was diagnosed with pcos at the start of 2015 but was told its a mild case. I am on 500mg metformin slow release once a day, i started this last week after speaking to my doctor.

Today i felt strange and had cramps in my lower back off to the right side im only on cd8, anyway i was suspicious so i took my very first ovilation test and it was positive!

Im a bit confused as i thought it was to early yet i will test again tomorrow.

I have read a few posts here about preseed and it being successful? Would preseed be beneficial for me and my pcos with the metformin?
