1st day home from hospital and I have been breastfeeding as well as pumping. Her latch was great during my hospital stay even the lactation consultant agreed or I would have had her helped me so much more but everything was fine at the hospital.  I have been using lanolin religiously my nipples haven't cracked they are just a tad sore. All of a sudden tonight it feels like every time she latches my nipples are being bitten off and bleeding (they aren't) I have tried both breasts relatchjng and it just won't work... I'm currently siting here pulling at 630 am due to my milk JUST came in and now my breasts are engorged and just want to feed my baby :((( all I want to do is breastfeed and my horomones are making me want to cry because I can't even do that... I have milk in there so much milk but don't know what to do. I see my pediatrician tomorrow to get her levels checked for the jaundice she had in the hospital and I will ask her...I just don't know :( any advice would be well appreciated
