Pregnant and sick 🤒

Well here in TN the weather is wacky and at 10+5 Im sick again!!! Its so frustrating because I cant take medicine and its causing me to miss work. My job doesnt know Im pregnant because I dont want them think I use that as an excuse. I hate to miss money but at this stage in life healthiness of me and my baby is very important. Ok venting over.
