Even though I'd look like a hard core barbarian bathing in a pool of blood, I'd rather take a shower.

I do both. I've been told it's gross to take a bath on your period, but it soothes the cramping. Plus, it's not like I only take baths... I take a shower right afterward.

To all the girls who say it's gross to sit in the bathtub "full of your own blood." That actually doesn't happen. I've done it several times and I actually prefer it. Once the water hits your vagina, the blood is basically pushed back into the body. Same as if your in a pool or the ocean on your period. No blood comes out.

I like the feeling of the hot water hitting me. Even sitting down in a shower feels nice.
