What medicine can I take.. 😥😭

This is my second day of been ill and I've had a massive headache I don't know what to do and I feel like crap i want to take something but what ??? 
I was told Tylenol is this true dose anyone know 
If I keep feeling this way I'm going to doctor to get anabiotic's l need to get over this cold :/

Tylenol is fine! Even if it's extra strength I take it all the time

My midwife said Tylenol was ok to take.  (I personally like the children's Tylenol...it's a smaller dosage and it taste yummy!!). 😋

Tylenol for pain, lots if fluids, vitamin c like water with lemon and orange juice, chicken soup, honey  and if you still don't feel good robitussin ask the pharmacy the right dose.

Colds are a virus so antibiotics does not help them. Take vitamin c and zinc to boost your immune system, and elder tea which is antiviral - and safe
