How do I tell my bf I have genital warts?

About two years ago I found out I had a gential wart. I went to the doctors and got it removed and it was taken care of. When I found out I was pregnant in February I noticed another wart I went in and got it removed (that pregnancy ended in a forced abortion)Now I'm in a new relationship and we've been dating for about 4 months we plan on having a baby in the near future and getting married. Today I noticed I have one and I actually have a doctors appointment next Friday for a Pap smear so I just plan on removing it then. But the thing is my boyfriend has been gone for the holidays to visit his family and he's coming back on Monday and I know he'll want to have sex right away, but I can't cause I have the wart and its skin to skin contact it can be passed on to your partner. I want to tell him the truth that I have a wart! And I got it from someone I messed with in my past. I didn't cheat! And that it's not really a big deal like Herpies is! It'll always be in my system but I can easy get it removed and I can't have sex until it's completely healed. I don't know how to tell him I'm afraid he'll flip out on me. HELP!
