Anyone visited or lived there? Please tell me about your experience with weather, people, traffic, expenses. I've seen some gorgeous pics and video clips of the city and it sounds like it is booming and affordable to live there. I know about the conservatory and some museums and Point of View Park and Monterey Bay Fish Grotto. I'm thinking of relocating in a few years and I love the look of the older neighborhoods. Any tips on neighborhoods and schools?
