Ladies please give me any advice. .
I am 6 weeks pregnant but for the last 2 weeks straight I have had horrible morning sickness. .I am now at the point to where any food is making me sick..I have tried some remedies without any luck .I am unable to go to the doctor at this moment as I am at home with my kids with no help until they return to school. ..any advice will be GREAT..
