Sharp Pain into lady parts!!??

I'm almost 21 weeks n I'm getting pelvic cramping n sharp pains into my lady parts I can barley walk it hurts so bad ....should I b concerned?

It's called lightening vagina lol well I've heard it call that it's like sharp shooting stabbing pains in your vagina happens to me and has happened all my pregnancies. Although it hurts it's usually pretty common

Mine is a constant ache at night and when I stand up everything feels like it's going to fall out...lol.

My doctor said at this stage baby is moving out behind the bone and up.m, so the moving is causing the oressure. All is good!

I am right there with you! I'm 20 weeks and have had this pain, which has increased over time, since about 15 weeks. I spoke with my doctor and they said more than likely my body just over produced the hormone relaxin. She said every time I walk, those bones are slamming together. It hurts just sitting here now :/ Tylenol helps relieve some pain!

Sounds like SPD to me. I had it last 8 weeks of pregnancy, and since 15 weeks this time round. It's your body producing the hormone 'relaxin' that relaxes the joints in your pelvis (and the rest of your body) ready for birthing. I'm on crutches already. It goes once you've given birth. No magic remedies I'm afraid. Good luck.

I feel it everyday and my doctor is not concerned apparently it's common. I get the pressure feeling some times too. It sucks and hurts so bad. 😖

Do they come and go very quickly? If they last more than a couple seconds, you should call your doctor ASAP.
