Do you track BBT, CM, & cervix? I personally track all that and OPKs. They say never to rely on just OPKs alone as they can be misleading & don't guarantee ovulation. The good thing about your cervix is you only have to check it once. CM should be tracked a few times a day because it can change. Now OPKs should be tested 2x daily or you can miss your surge. You should start following AF because even if your regular, it can come earlier or later. That's where checking CM & cervix can help pinpoint when your the most fertile. Also will save your expensive OPKs! 😂😂 because for me anyways, I get a positive OPK when my CM turns EWCM(well the 2nd day of it). But some ladies only get watery CM.
