I know this is totally off topic. This is a picture of my SO's back and all the doctors offices are closed. They just randomly appeared and we have no idea why?! He isn't allergic to anything?!

Is it only on his back? Has he taken any medicine recently? My mom had something like that and it was a reaction to Advil called Steven johnsons syndrome. I'm not saying that's what he has but watch it and if it gets worse get to doctor asap.

My mom got something that looked just like that during s family vacation to Europe. It turned out that it was something about the sheets that caused it; it was relieved when she slept on some jackets instead of directly on the bed. She did have to go to a doctor there, though, who prescribed her an ointment of some sort. Take him to urgent care!

Poison ivy or something of that sort? If you used a different detergent that could be it also if he had eaten/drank anything out of the ordinary.
