I have TMJ. I also grind my teeth at night however i havent been doing it as much since i got pregnant. Before when my tmj would flare up i would have muscle relaxers. Now that I'm prego..i have tylenol which barely takes the edge off. I woke up at 3am this morning with my jaw clenched and my right ear in severe pain. Looks like soft foods for me for awhile. Anyone else have TMJ and pregnant?
