Off and on symptoms?

I'm 6+2 and I keep having these on and off symptoms. Like some days I'm gassy(tmi, sorry),  nasueous, have tender breast or I'm  crampy... But other days I'm completely fine...
Is this normal? This is my first and I'm worried.

I'm 6&1 and I have mega sore boobs all the time but other symptoms are on and off, sometimes I have crippling cramps, sometimes I go a day without anything and I get panicky! Good luck mama! Xx
