Coffee Drinkers: How did you change your habits?

Question

I love the taste of coffee but am a "high risk pregnancy" so when I heard caffeine may be associated with an increased risk of miscarriage, I wasn't sure what to do. What did you do when you found out you were pregnant and caffeine was controversial?

Morning sickness really took care of my coffee habit; through the first half of my pregnancy I couldn't drink it if I'd wanted to. Once I did start drinking coffee again, I just kept it to 1 cup a day. I think the miscarriage connection is connected with >2 cups/day, so I felt very comfortable having 1 cup/day

I'm not a coffee drinker but I believe they make coffee flavored candies

I kept drinking. I'm high risk as well but I have been reassured it's fine as long as I'm not drinking it all day long. I still have my one cup in the morning and occasionally drink a little sweet tea as well.
