Pregnant and constipated!!! 😩😒

I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant and have constipation. I sometimes don't have a bowel movement for 3-4 days and I feel so bloated and yucky. What do you ladies do for constipation? Are suppositories safe? My SO says that's the best thing to use. Advice please!!
