I'm 15 weeks now and have been suffering from a bad bout of nasal allergy since last 2 weeks. I thought I'll ride it out without medication but it's getting impossible. I have a stuffy nose 24x7, severe congestion, throbbing head and difficulty breathing. I have trouble sleeping at night. Home remedies like steam inhalation are not helping. Is there any safe medicine or Nasal spay that I can use to relieve my distress? Please please help
