Thyroid antibodies

Hi! Anyone with Hashimoto's disease (autoimmune condition that attacks your thyroid) my thyroid hormones are fine, however I have elevated thyroid antibodies. I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I've read there is risk of miscarriage. How has been your experience?
