Legitimate fear

I keep seeing all the miscarriage stories and whatnot, I know the risk and I know it happens. But what is really scaring me aside from the initial waiting for the "safe zone" is the women that miscarry at 7 or 8 weeks and don't find out until 9+ weeks. Mainly because I have an US on the 8th and these few weeks have been dragging by. And now my sickness is going away for the most part.
