Ok so this is my second pregnancy. My first labor went really fast. I had my daughter the same day as my 39 week checkup and was not dilated at all. Still went into labor naturally the same night. Second time around and had a checkup today. Doc says I'm 2-3 cm dilated and 75% effaced. Anyone else have a similar situation?  Not due until 1/23 but feel like id go any day now... It's very uncomfortable too!
