Pregnant without peak ovulation?

Has anyone gotten pregnant without peaking using an ovulation kit? I have shower high fertility but not peaked yet. Thoughts?

Me I tried ovulation kit in November and showed high but not peak so BD anyways during this time. Just found out I'm pregnant 😊 good luck cx
