Workplace hazards... Maybe

Any other nurses/ healthcare workers out there who suddenly found it really difficult to wear a mask? Not an N95 or anything fancy just a simple mask? I'm talking can't catch your breath feel like you're suffocating I don't care if I get the flu get this thing off my face borderline claustrophobic panic.... Never had this problem before.. Was just wondering if it's only me...
