I will be 38 weeks on Sunday and I have been doing things to soften my cervix and help the process of dialation. I am not trying to get my baby out I am just helping my body to make it smoother for me and my son. But I'm have yet to have any contractions or a sign other than being 1 cent. Dialated and soft cervix, that my body is Getting ready for labor. I know he will come when he is ready but I feel like being 38 weeks I would have felt a contraction. I have Braxton hicks and a little cramping each day but nothing major. I'm nervous to go over my due date to be honest. Can someone please tell me that anything could happen from now until my due date (Jan 17th) and it could happen at any point. I think it's just so close I'm starting to get nervous I'm not sure.
