30 week scan

I went for my 30 week scan yesterday morning and seen my baby girl ☺️☺️☺️💜💜 she was head down (which I knew she was as she had been kicking me in the ribs a lot) and over the period of her being head down I had the most severe heartburn ever. Now today I feel her kick me down low again so she must have turned at some point threw the night. And today I have finally been heartburn free. Could her being head down really be a cause for heartburn??
