Trying to conceive

Me and my fiancé have been trying for baby #2. My periods have never been "regular ". The past 5 periods have been anywhere from 4 days late to two weeks late. I take a test and it's always a false hope for us. I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried conceive easy pills for 3 months and nothing.
