So I have only a slight idea how far along I am according to other apps and lmp of 11/28 it says tomorrow I'll be 5 weeks according to this app it says 6 weeks.

I had bad cramping and back pain on Tuesday and dr told me to come in as I was high risk my last pregnancy and we did an ultrasound but saw NOTHING but a corpus leuthem cyst on my ovary as well as other cysts. ( similar happened when I was pregnant with my 3 year old) we did blood work which was 148 on Tuesday and Thursday it was 278 dr called me and says she is very optimistic it's just playing out as it was like my first and see me Monday for sonogram and visit, anyone have any thoughts and I keep getting cramps on and off.
