Anyone feel like they were getting a cold or sick before bfp?

My temp was raised at 99 on Wed night, and I'm feeling like I have a stuffy nose & sneezing. Feeling exhausted. Even feel like I am kinda having hot flashes. This happened last time I was pregnant, but don't wanna get my hopes up. I don't think I'm sick, it doesn't feel like that. I'm 7dpo.
