Question! Please help

So I'm late on my period. And my wedding is literally in 7 days. About a week or so ago I had some spotting. Well more of a brownish creamy thing happening when I wiped. About 6 days late. Anyone know what could be going on? Btw. I can't sleep and do nothing but cry lately. But that could be stress please help
