Why? :(

So yesterday I forgot to take my pill (took it today though and I don't normally ever forget to take it) But today I've got such a painful tummy and I'm bleeding abit, is this normal? I've also got to go for another scan Wednesday cos I've got a cyst the size of a golf ball on my ovaries (which makes my periods irregular and very very painful, but I'm not meant to be due on for another 5 days) if I'm still bleeding Wednesday they won't be able to do the scan will they? Cos it's an internal scan 😷 God I hate being a woman sometimes 😭
