Have you felt the implantation pinch?

I recently had a discussion with my mum about her experience with pregnancy and she said she knew right away when she was because of the implantation pinch. She said it was that intense it woke her from her sleep and was followed by hours of dull cramps and gassy nausea.

Has any one else had this experience or know of any one. Share your story here.

I for one didn't know it could wake you.
