Sick today..
I have a bad case of congestion/head cold. I can't breathe from my nose and I have a bad cough. I have had a sinus drip for a few days but now everything is worse. I can't get to my doctor until Monday or Tuesday. What can I take OTC to relieve all of this? I am 12 week pregnant.
