Period at 6 weeks!

So i was looking forward to all the good things that are supposed to happen at the 6 week mark (working out again, sex, baby sleeping longer, etc). Today my ds turns 6 weeks old and what do i get? My period!! :(

Has this happened to anyone? I'm ebfing and I'm worried about my milk supply. Also, did this made you lose or gain weight? What did you do to keep your milk supply intact?
