Help please????

Question

When you take a opk and you get a positive opk (which I did yesterday around 9pm). Do you normally get a positive during the time of ovulation from 12-36 hr or just that one day? And when is it a go time to eat the pineapple and when is it the perfect time to eat it ( morning, afternoon, or evening)???

You ovulate 12-36 hours after your darkest positive opk. Once you get your surge, it will fall off and actually be negative on ovulation day

I get a positive opk (which lets u know u will ovulate in 12-24 hrs).  However, I am a pee on a stick addict sometimes and I've continued to use them here and there throughout my cycle. I have found that they will be positive (or close to it) several days BEFORE your period. 
All an opk is a detector of the LH hormone......you have a spike in LH hormone just before ovulation AND just before your period. 
They also say NOT to do what I've done in the past.....once you get a real, true positive opk. "STOP TESTING". 
We as women have LH (the lite nixing hormone) in our bodies at all times.....it's just stronger just before ovulation and period.

The advice on the pineapple it to take all the outside off and cut it top to bottom. Then cut each half into about 3 (again top to bottom) and eat about two of the sticks over the next three days from your +ive opk. Don't slice out the core......that's the important bit! When I looked into it there was no mention of time of day! I don't think you have to eat the two sticks at the same time either so you could do it morning and night! Hope that helps x

My opks were only positive once and then turn all negative again.
