Feel like a bad mommy 😢
So I work 24 hr shifts and sometimes have horrible insomnia so I would drink melatonin......I didn't know I couldn't drink it while pregnant and now I feel as if I harmed the baby I feel so awful and don't know how to get it off of my mind that my baby might have issues now because of my insomnia. 😢😢
