Hello all, so this is embarrassing but I figured I'd ask anyway. I've been experiencing slight to very uncomfortable gas pains in my stomach 9 out of the last 10 nights. It's like you feel bloat and then air bursts and then relief but then again. But flatulance is rare, so although I'm pretty confident that I'm just very extra gassy, I still feel odd.  I've googled it and it says it's most likely related to what I eat, funny thing is that I've been eating different foods for that very reason, and there is nothing similar about my diet - but the pain is still there every night.
