Serious help!!!!

So for all of 2015 I have had this white discharge with a not-so-pleasant odor. I went to my gynecologist in September and I have no infections, no cysts, no anything so I was not prescribed any medication. Does anyone know any possible solutions to make the odor go away? I want to start becoming sexually active (I'm 19 and other than this issue I'm very educated on sex and my body.) but I don't want anyone to go downtown and smell that. Please help if you can!!!!!!
