I am Brazilian but live in Canada. When I was a teenager My doctor in Brazil diagnosed me with PCOS. I have all the symptoms (except I'm not over weight). I don't have periods unless I'm on birth control and every time I come off the pill I would have periods for more or less 3 months and then my body would completely stop again. When my husband and I decided to start trying I figure our best shot would be right when I came off the pill. And I was right. 2 months later I was pregnant! Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at 5weeks. My doctor here in Canada doesn't think I have PCOS because I have a normal weight and was able to get pregnant naturally. I now have an appointment with a fertility doctor later this month to go over all of this.
