Two sacs 5 weeks

Hi I'm 5 weeks and 3 days today and I had my first U/S.... The nurse said it looks like there are two sacs but nothing more than that! I have to go back in ten days to check development but I'm panicking like mad..... Has anyone else had this and what happened at your next scan?? I'm so worried that she didn't even see a yolk sac xxx
