Can you feel a miscarriage or complication?

I had "low" levels of hcg and progesterone at my blood confirmation on Thursday at the doctors. They said they weren't overly concerned because I am very early along. But I had my blood tested again today but won't have results until Monday. No cramps, no bleeding, no pain.

Nauseous as all get up. Bowel back up for sure.

But I am worried they will tell me there is something wrong with my baby.
