How will you know you had a miscarriage?!

Ladies ..... I think I had a miscarriage ! Any idea how that goes ?😞

When I miscarried I was spotting for 2 days. Took a pregnancy test and Got BFP. 3 days after I started having severe cramps so bad and bleeding like a period, I cried and had to go to the Er, they gave me pain pills and ran some test. I went to the bathroom and squatted down because the cramps were that intense. As soon as I squatted a clot of blood came out... The whole sack. I was depressed, Miscarried at 8wks

Mine started as light pink bleading then went to really bad cramping so bad that i blackes out and had to be rushed to the er. heavy bleeding then i felt a big release of something it was the sack and baby. I was 6 weeks

I'm not sure how different everyone is when they have a miscarriage, but it's very painful as if you are in labor for a couple hours. You bleed alot with cramping. What makes you think you had a miscarriage? 
That's what I felt when I miscarried twice.

There are many different signs. Mostly you will have ALOT of blood. Meaning pads worth. If you don't mind me asking what symptoms are you experiencing?

When I miscarried I bled horrible for a week ( soaked tampon every 30 mins) then I had horrible labor pains. The pain was so bad I was throwing up and pooping at same time. I was 12 weeks along.

I started bleeding and went to hospital got told my cervix was open slightly and it might be a miscarriage was sent for a scan the next day by this point I was bleeding quite a bit and I was in lots of pain went for the scan the the baby was measuring weeks behind were I should have been (I should have been around 6/7 weeks sac showed tiny baby measuring at less than 5 with no heartbeat) was told to come back in a few days for another scan to check started bleeding really heavily ended up in for another scan the day after but before I went I passed a large clot and when I had my scan there was nothing there. The second one started as brown spotting which turned into heavy bleeding went for a scan and the sac was empty yet I should have been 9 weeks. Was sent for a scan the following week to check everything had cleared. Both times there was a lot of bleeding (going through a pad in less than an hour) and lots of very strong pain!

When I had mine they felt like severe pd cramps I cried and was shaking because they hurt so bad. Then when I started bleeding literally sat on the toilet for a good hour cuz the bleeding was so bad and lots of blood clots.sorry for the tmi and straight to the point answer.you will deffinitly know when you have one.hope for the best for you

When I miscarried I woke up that morning with dull cramps at around 4 I started bleeding and the cramps stopped. I bled for about 5 days. Other than those dull cramps mine was painless. I'm sorry this happened to you

I didn't have any pain, and only a small amount of bleeding, but I did pass one large clot which prompted me to get a scan which subsequently told me I had miscarried.
