So I am 6w6d, I have not been to the doctor yet. That's just an estimate since my last period. My first doctors appt is January 18. When I first found out I was pregnant (two weeks ago) I was having cramps no bleeding at all. But sometimes they were pretty sharp on only on my left side. But it comes and goes. I didn't have any pain at all on just my left side last week. Today, though, today my left side is hurting. It's pretty sharp at times but it comes and goes. Again, I've had no bleeding. I still have light cramps and then today I also felt a "pulling" sensation on the right side. I've read that it's normal and I've also read it could mean ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, did you have a good, healthy pregnancy?
